Products listed, and orders made through the Monica Enterprises may be fulfilled by this shop directly, other vendor/suppliers or affiliates. Due to the nature the of fulfillment process, refunds, exchanges or returns are granted on a per-case bases, based on order issues such as “damaged on arrival”.
No refunds or exchanges are granted for cases of “buyers remorse”. When shopping products, keep in mind that same are print on demand and others ship from a variety of locations. To minimize your need to make a return or exchange, remember anything that requires you to pick a SIZE to purchase, such as: apparel, make sure to check your sizing information before purchasing.
